Training Services Offered
Counselworx™ Professional Christian Counseling, a corporate partner with the Kingsway Community Care Center (KCCC) seeks to equip volunteers with high quality professional training; ongoing continuing education; volunteer worker support and peer supervision by licensed counselors. If you've ever thought that you would like to be a professional Christian Counselor but don't have the time or money for a high cost degree, here is a great opportunity to do what you have been gifted for. Counselworx™ is accepting a limited number of applications for those who want to be better equipped theologically and psychologically in their caregiving.
Training Location and Meeting Times
Your Barnabas University™ training will help you take full advantage of any basic caregiving skills that you may have already acquired. It is a six (6) month long training program (26 weeks) that will start Saturday January 17th, 2015 and will meet weekly on either Saturday or Sunday afternoons from 2:00PM to 5:00PM, with hourly 15 minute breaks. For the Purpose of Meeting a Need
The program is designed, produced and administered by Counselworx™ Professional Christian Counseling in Association with Kingsway Community Care Center (KCCC) s purpose of training and equipping Christian volunteer workers to provide mental health services to the patients of Kingsway Community Care Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit healthcare organization. The Kingsway Community Care Center seeks as its mission"to worship God by meeting the needs of the underserved in our community in order to build bridges of faith in Jesus Christ." Only through your self-paid training will it make that relationship possible.
